Ms. Gail is a wonderful realtor. Im not from around the area, and she said shed take care of me as if she was my Georgia Momma. She sure did. She was always looking out for me, and as we saw houses, shed point out features that she knew (from a heap of experience) would cause trouble down the line. She is very diligent at finding information about houses that left the market without being sold, and is very open with all of it. She knows her way around Atlanta and ALL the suburbs. I have to say this review comes a year late and is well over due. Gail is one of the best agents you could ever ask for. She was patient with me as I sought out my perfect home, which was no easy feat. I was on the fence and looking for very specific needs to be met and my time line wasnt 100 percent set. She did not let that discourage her or intimate her. She stayed in communication and was understanding and caring of my situation. Most other agents had blown me off because I was being too picky in their opinion or not ready to buy fast enough. She was the only agent who let me take my time and answered all my questions and if she didnt know she took the time to find out and get back to me. Eventually after almost 6 months of working together we found me the perfect home and got it at the perfect price. So if you need that certain touch of a professional in your corner who also treats you with the respect and gives you the honesty you deserve then Gail is your agent.
