Not only did I feel like I had all the information I need to make those decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands. Especially because, as a first-time buyer, I didnt know all of the questions I should be asking (or dos and donts, for example) and they would proactively provide this information, which made me feel like I was walking through this process with eyes wide open. From an expectations perspective, I dont know how Fredrick does it aEUR" and to the fault of everyone else I worked with aEUR" they set my expectations really high and not unrealistically high because they would meet them. Obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home. But personally, as being aEURoeemotionallyaEUR? invested as well in buying a home, having someone who properly set, managed, and came through with: expectations was such a lifesaver and made me feel so at ease throughout the entire process. And on a related note, as a first-time home buyer, I'm not sure what to expect, whats good/bad, etc., and they were always so candid and provided their own perspective of different aspects of each home that she thought would be relevant to my decision making based on what they had learned about me. I truly appreciated their input and relied on it heavily. This is an invaluable quality to have as a service provider and not everyone has it, but, IMO, it is crucial to keep those around that do. Its easy to push paper and get the signatures, but they are really focused on making sure people are satisfied through the process and with the outcome. Again, a first-time home buyer, this process is very stressful. Yes, there are a number of things that people can do to make it easier. But as you can see, based on the above, Fredrick went above and beyond (as I'm positive they do with all of their clients) and truly made me feel like I had a confidant/partner throughout.

ZillowVERIFIEDTwo months and three agents into my home search I was nearly ready to give up. The market was difficult to work with and I knew I wasn't getting everything I should from my agents. I was surfing Zillow and decided to throw my name in on a random house, which on the photos looked alright. A few minutes later I received a text message asking to schedule a phone appointment for the following day. At exactly the time that we had agreed upon, I received a phone call getting me in touch with Mr. Briddle. We spoke and later that day and went to visit the house. We weren't impressed, However he had two other houses that he had taken the time to find himself that met the specific requirements we had outlined. For once, I didn't have to do all the research myself. Working with Mr. Briddle was the first time I felt like I didn't have to do all the work myself. He was there ready for a showing anytime I asked him or when he had found something he thought I might be interested in. If he was unavailable he would contact the sellers and place a tentative offer to keep a place holder for me until we had a chance to visit the property. At all times he was already researching the properties before I had even asked him to, especially if he had concerns with the property and the specific requirements with my VA loan. For veterans, his knowledge of the VA loan is uncanny and he will be up front in any instance which the VA loan may not work with. He is down to earth and will keep you there during this process.Mr. Briddles knowledge in his field in my opinion, was beyond anything I had experienced prior. He was great at pointing out all flaws in a property and distinguishing between cosmetic and structural damage. Mr. Briddle works aggressively to gain contact with selling agents when you're interested in a property. Once an offer is accepted and we move past the inspection and appraisal, this is where his negotiating skills and aggressiveness really takes over and he works tirelessly to get you the best deal that is in his power.Mr. Briddle will always write his contracts to benefit you. For any concerns you may have on a property he will ensure the seller will have them fixed pre-closing or there is a contingency to have it fixed post closing. Mr. Briddle got me the best deal on a home for my family and myself. He is definitely an Agent I would refer to my friends and family.
