ZillowVERIFIED We have worked closely with Freddy for several years now. He represented us through two purchases and two rentals, all in the Eastside market. First of all, We immediately found that Freddy is not a newcomer to the job. He weathered the 2008 downturn, and therefore has a very good understanding of market trends, as well as a compassionate understanding of the toll a bad market can have on people. We found his understanding of the markets and areas he specializes in, to be superb. When looking at property, he knew facts about a neighborhood, (such as crime rate, level of affluence, age, desirability, etc.) off the top of his head. As clients, we were so glad to have an agent that knew his market like the back of his hand.Second, in negotiating all our contracts, Freddy was nothing short of EXCELLENT. Freddy always opened negotiations with the seller's agents with respect, politeness and tact. When needed, he would firmly but politely hold the line on non-negotiable items. As clients, it was very reassuring through all four successful transactions, that we never had any doubt Freddy was on our side, negotiating 100% in our best interests.Third, and most importantly to us, through ALL the negotiations we worked with Freddy on, (and there were many, since for every offer accepted, there were several that did not go through), I can honestly say that I NEVER saw Freddy ever willing to misrepresent anything. Whether he was describing someone's property to us, or describing our unit to someone else, I NEVER saw him lie about anything. If a certain feature was less than good, he would find a polite and tactful way to say it, but would still let you know it wasn't good.These are just some of the reasons Freddy was, and continues to be, our agent. The bottom line is, these reasons and more simply made it great to work with him.

Thankfully Freddy was extremely knowledgeable throughout the process and took the time to always explain our next steps. It took us several months of offers and rejections to finally find our place, and Freddy was always patient as our needs and desires evolved throughout. He tried to always make time for us and even when he was not available to go view homes, he found someone else available. When the home that we ended up buying hit the market, Freddy masterfully handled the negotiations. He found out what mattered most to the seller in terms of timing and money and was able to push our offer to the front, even as there were other offers for more money on the table. This process was long and exhausting, but Freddy always had a positive demeanor and at those moments where we wanted to just quit, he was able to keep us from becoming disheartened. We could not be happier in our new home and Freddy made it happen.

As in any short sale there were many hurdles that needed to be overcome. From dealing with two lenders, to having multiple buyers drop out, Freddy kept his calm and continued the process. He was confident in himself and his team and proved to be very correct. His perserverence and knowledge in this space was outstanding. I know I sound like Freddy's biggest fan but I can confidently state that without him on the case, the house would heve been foreclosed. This guy is very very good at what he does...period!!
