When my husband and I started looking to buy our first forever home we had a very good idea of what we wanted and how we pictured that perfect house we were looking for. What we didn't know was how complicated it was gonna be to find a good agent to work with. We found many homes we were very interested in. We thought that all agents would be helpful in getting you into showings, being on the look out for homes they thought were within your interest, and go above and beyond to help accommodate you and get you into your forever home. We found that to be very wrong thinking. We had went through three different agents in a 7 month period. Not one of them were responsive to getting us into showings promptly. We lost out on several homes due to them going under contract due to not getting into see them in a timely manor. The homes these agents did show us, they acted like it was a big inconvenience to them when we decided it wasn't what we were looking for. And never once did they tell us about any homes that were coming out that we may like or want to see. What did happen, I was getting emails at least three a week from a agent Fred Venturini. He was sending me emails wanting to help with our home search. He sent them so frequently and showed such interest not even knowing anything about what we were looking for or even what areas. I told my husband we need to contact Fred Venturini this is the agent we want and need to work with. Mr. Venturini was very responsive to getting us into showings that very dat or the very next. He knew timing was everything with the housing market being in such high demand. He listened to what we were looking for and wanted in a home. He was never discouraged with us when we didn't like a home he showed us. In fact he was very consistent in telling us to not get discouraged and buy a house that we weren't 120% happy with. He was very consistent in sending us new homes posted that were within our interest. After working with three other agents in 7 months we worked with Fred for one month and found our forever perfect home. Fred was able to get us an inspection with hardly no time to spare. He negotiated with sellers and got us our house for $10,000.00 less than asking price. He also got us a very fast closing. If your looking for a agent that is all about helping you, and will go above and beyond to help you in any and every way possible, well Fred Venturini is the agent your looking for. We would and will recommend him to anyone and everyone we know. If theirs a reward for tiptop agents Fred Venturini should have it. He gave us a very excellent and very impressive experience.

Fred was there from the first house I looked at, he got me a showing with short notice for the next day (this became norm in our hunt). He fit me in during evenings, weekends & even a holiday! Always responded to my texts or calls quickly. (Once from Disney World!) He gave me honest feedback on each house & often the first to point out cons of the property. His response times made us feel like we were his only client, seriously we never had to wait to here from him! Once we were under contract with out new home the pressure was on to sell ours. Not only did Fred give us all the information about how he could list and what he would do to sell our house, he gave us information on how to sell effectively by owner if we chose to do so. CLEARLY we decided it was much better to have him list our old home as well! He was always two steps ahead of the game. I didn't even get a chance to close the app before he had contacted me and we had an appointment made to view the house. He also suggested some other houses that were in the neighborhood that fit the criteria of my search. He was very organized, prepared, and accommodating. I have several friends that are agents, but Mitch was so on top of his game, I chose him to go the distance with to find our home. I am a very needy client and even put in requests that he had never had before, but he never made me feel like I was asking too much. He was always available and I never felt like I was asking too many questions, or stupid questions. I don't even know how many houses we looked at before we found the one, but he was happy to show us as many as we needed to see to feel comfortable in making a decision.When it came time to put in an offer and sign the papers he was there for us any time we had a question, and was always just a phone call away. I only gave him 5 stars because I couldn't give him 10 he really blew us away, and if you are looking for someone to help you find a home or help you sell a home I think he is the best.

ZillowVERIFIED Fred Venturini was absolutely the best! After living in Germany for the last 20 years, I finally moved back to the US. My job brought me to the Scott AFB area. I was a first time home buyer, and can honestly say that I knew next to nothing. Fred walked me through step by step the entire process, gave me ideas what to look for when walking through houses, and explained the documents very clearly. Since he is from the area (and I have never been here) his knowledge of the surrounding area, routes to work and possible traffic areas when looking at houses, and local businesses for house items was extremely helpful. His responsiveness was incredible, before we left Germany (I had already started working with Fred about a month before leaving) I would joke with my wife after I sent an email to Fred with question. I would usually say "I bet we get an answer in the next hour!" man was I ever wrong!! His responses usually came within minutes, and always had all the questioned answered and more! His willingness to work and to get us what we were looking for was great, and we found a house (one Fred and his co-worker found actually!) that we love, and have enjoyed for the first few months. We look forward to dealing with Fred again in the future for either the buying or selling side.
