I come to find out through some of the people he encouraged them to make a low ball offer because according to him the home was in really bad shape that I would have to negotiate/accept at the lowest possible offer. A number of the people who toured the home called me personally and told he them Fred was not doing me a favor by selling our home. He was encouraging buyers for a low ball offer and talking negatively about the condition of my homeaEUR|.he pushed me to sign the contract because time was running out since we were approaching fall season and less buyer were going to be shopping for homes which is trueaEUR|the thing that got me upset even after signing contract it still took a while to get my home on the market which diminished out chances to sell itaEUR| He promised in 1 month my home would sellaEUR|I thoroughly explained that if my house did not sell in a timeframe, he promised that I needed to know if he would really buy the home from me and he confirmed that information however, when he came time to the house not being sold, I asked him if he would buy it, and he said that he will not buy it at the price the heat initially promised he changed the whole wording and all of his empty promises some very shady things happen towards the end that I asked for clarification through text messages, and I never got a response from him, totally disappointed in his service and misrepresentation of the facts the wording and his empty promises. He represents himself as a true professional, but really is pushy tricky in his advertising and the promises he makes truly truly disappointed in this guy.
