ZillowVERIFIED Fred spent a lot of time helping us find something that worked for us. As most will find, nothing is perfect - requiring trade-offs. The property we ended up with, while in need of renovations and updates to the dock, was solid and in overall good shape. Fred was tireless in looking for reasonable options for us to look at. Provided good information on the different areas of the lake. And added things for the seller to fix that I never considered - this was very beneficial to us. We started off with a very low offer as the cost to renovate is quite high. While we ended up getting the property for a bit higher than we hoped, it was lower than the appraised value. We should have asked for a few additional items to be handled, they were minor in the big picture and something we should have thought about as the negotiations progressed. Fred's help after the contract was terrific - making sure things progressed and looking out for our interests along the way. I would use Fred again.

We have taken yearly vacations at SML for years but actually buying there was just a dream! After retirement our dream became a possibility and I called Fred! I already had my list of what we wanted to see and we set up a 2 day marathon. Fred is patient, never pushy or fake, and what I noticed most was how he listened to us just in normal conversation. A few weeks after that we asked him to go look at a house for us since we are a 2 1/2 hours away. He took pictures of everything but especially paying attention to things we had mentioned in passing.
