My experience with Frank Slemc was extremely disappointing. When we first looked at homes, he drove me through some of the nicest parts of Shaker Heights before showing me the house I ultimately purchased. The property came with grants and other incentives, and I felt heavily encouraged to move forward with the purchase. Since buying the home, Ive had nothing but regret. The location has caused significant stress and safety concerns. At one point, while working as a police officer, I encountered an individual in the area who pulled a gun on me. That same individual later had an active arrest warrant through my agency and was subsequently arrested. While I understand that no realtor can predict individual criminal acts, I felt I was not given a realistic understanding of the area before making one of the biggest financial decisions of my life. Ive worked incredibly hardaEUR"earning roughly a quarter of a million dollars in a yearaEUR"trying to put myself in a position to sell the house and move, but I still struggled to get out of it. The financial and emotional burden has taken a tremendous toll on my life and my marriage. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend using Frank Slemc as a realtor. I felt like the propertys location and the challenges that came with it were not adequately represented, and I would encourage anyone considering working with him to thoroughly research any neighborhood independently before making such a major investment. Oh another note, he told me to just pay asking costs instead of negotiating. I live in a nightmare every single day because of this man. - Patrolman Daniel Pawlak & owner of P Veteran Claim Aide LLC.

Frank and Shirley were absolutely amazing to work with. They were so patient and supportive through the entire process of buying a home, and they never gave up on us.. even after countless houses. No matter how many times we looked, they stayed positive, encouraging, and determined to help us find the right fit. Their willingness to go above and beyond, answer every question, and guide us through each step made such a difference. We are so happy with our beautiful home!!! If youre looking for realtors who will stick by you with patience, persistence, and heart, I cant recommend Frank and Shirley enough!

Frank went above and beyond for my family. I have used his expertise one two of my homes over the past 10 years. What really put him above any other real estate professional was when he offered to help repair a section of roof in order for the sale to go through. Outstanding! He is knowledgeable, easy to reach, responsive, and great at what he does.

We recently worked with Frank Slemc from Century 21 Asa Cox Homes on our significant move, leaving our long-time home. As a retired teacher and firefighter, we sought a realtor who could navigate the complexities of the housing market and cater to our specific needs. Frank was the perfect fit, demonstrating exceptional patience, deep market insight, and invaluable support throughout the process. His advice on preparing our home for sale was crucial, showcasing his attention to detail. Frank stood out not just as a realtor, but as a guide and confidant. He was always available to answer our questions, regardless of their frequency or the time of day, never making us feel like a bother. This level of patience and willingness to support us at all times made our transition smoother and less stressful. His understanding of market dynamics, ability to communicate clearly, and genuine care for our well-being made our move more than just a transaction. We highly recommend Frank Slemc to anyone in the real estate market; he's not just a realtor but a supportive and knowledgeable ally. Thanks to Frank, we're starting a new chapter with optimism and confidence.

Frank took us to all the properties that fit our requirements and gave us insight into the attributes of each. He supported our decisions regarding each and was a great source of information in the property buying process. We are so happy with the results! We highly recommend him when you are searching for your next home!
