He gave us weekly summary reports complete with feedback from realtors and their clients who had seen our house. I really liked that aspect because it summarized number of people who had been through our home and consumer opinion about our home. It helped us know what steps to take next. In addition, Frank was very receptive when I wanted to make a couple of changes on the flyer. We received a buyer shortly after my request so it wound up not being necessary but I appreciated the fact that Frank was willing to make those changes even if it meant more work for him. In addition, Frank was always available to address any questions we had. Frank went above and beyond the call of duty and is committed to his clients. He is ethical and honest even when he knows his client wants to hear something different. I think buyers tend to want to price their home higher than it is worth and Frank was honest about the location and problems with our home. He was right about what we should price our house at and I think it is important to have a realtor who can speak frankly with you and with candor. He has an ability to work with his clients in a manner that is refreshingly honest. Frank went above and beyond the call of duty in order to get our house sold and I have no hesitation in recommending him to others. He will provide you with a level of committment not often seen in the world today.

When we initially met with him, he provided us with a binder as a gift for the first-time future home owners. It was full of terminology explanations, an overview of the entire process and even had a place for us to note and remember what we liked or disliked about each home we visited. For each home he toured with us, he had a printout ready of the home - this included the price, specs, photos, etc. This allowed us to not only remember which homes we saw, but could accurately note what we liked or disliked about each home throughout our search so we could refer back to. He checked in with us regularly to make sure the process was going smoothly. He met us at the mortgage lenders office the day we signed on the bottom line to answer any questions should they arise.
