Ms. Felton was heaven sent. She made me feel comfortable with the selling process of my home. There were times I became frustrated and wanted to give up, but she assured me it was going to be alright. I knew she was right when I saw the for sale sign go up. It was an honor and a pleasure to have done business with Ms. Felton. I highly recommend her. Not only is she an awesome agent, I gained a life long friend. Thank you, Boss Lady!

Had my home listed with another agent for 6 months, had 1 showing during that time. Listed with Yolanda after a very in depth interview and she had my home sold with in 45 days. Easy to work with, very knowledgeable and she does what she says she will do. She handled everything since I had already moved out of state. Thank you Yolanda
