Francisco is the best realtor in Richmond! He understood what we were trying to accomplish and was extremely creative and helpful to get there. Once it was on the market it sold in a week and his exceptional negotiating skills got us way more than we expected. He and his wife Brooke did a great job staging also. The best!

Francisco is the BEST!!! He got me an incredible deal on my first house in 2020 and then in 2024 he was instrumental in the sale of the same property for a HUGE profit. Francisco went ABOVE AND BEYOND his duties at every opportunity - I am not exaggerating when I say this man personally painted my front porch, emptied my attic because an injury made it hard for me to keep my balance, and spent DAYS on household repairs that saved me THOUSANDS of dollars in repair costs. His Dad even came out of retirement just to help me around the house out of the goodness of his heart. I have NEVER heard of a realtor doing half of the things he happily helped me with, and I am eternally grateful for his astonishing generosity. His expert advice and quick negotiating skills made both the purchase and sale of my house remarkably easy.
