It was an absolute pleasure working with Mr. Ortiz. He is professional, easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and was willing to make himself available for our questions/concerns. He really put in extra care throughout our home buying experience and we will be referring him to friends & family moving forward. At one point he drove all the way from Temecula to Huntington Beach for an inspection that he did not even need to be present for. But he did what was necessary to make things go smooth. Even when we first started inquiring about different listings- he schedule us a tour quickly with all the details to answer questions we had about the property.
