My wife and I have bought two houses in the last five years. I wish Forrest would have been our agent for the first house. Forrest is a remarkable agent. After my wife and I met with him about selling our first home and purchasing our second home, I knew we had made the right decision. Forrest was amazing in finding homes for my wife and I. He was awesome at staying within the range or our max and minimum price point. He was never too far off when showing us houses he thought we would like, and it didn't take very long to find the one we were looking for. Not only did Forrest understand the process of how a VA loan works, but the mortgage lender he referred us to was also amazing in the VA loan process. Forrest showed a dedication to finding a home that fit our needs and growing family, he doesn't just know Vancouver, but Woodland, La Center, Kalama, Kelso, really, it seems the entire Vancouver metropolitan area. And to give you an idea of how committed he is, when selling our first house, we received a phone call at 10pm stating we had a full price offer, and he worked well past 10pm, on a weekend, to get it done. If you are a first time home buyer or looking for your retirement forever home, Forrest is someone I can say with absolute confidence will be the best agent you can find.
