ZillowVERIFIED Forey's extensive expertise in Seattle was very helpful. His knowledge of the area was great for the timing and securing of the purchase agreement. The purchase agreement was accepted on the first offer and was very close to the appraisal value of the property. Forey was definitely on my side during the closing process. There were a few questions that he presented to the hoa for clarification. Also, Forey coordinated with the seller's side on some of the details about the closing; there needed to be an extension and Forey properly worded the extension document in my favor. The seller wanted to make some adjustments at the close and I was happy that Forey stayed firm with the original plan rather than try and negotiate further. Forey communicated well with my lender providing me with updates as they became available. Forey also setup the escrow company and guided me how to proceed in that process. Overall, I was very pleased with the outcome. Thank you Forey!
