Ford's action plan for readying the house for the market was spot-on! This was validated by receiving a fair offer in only four days after listing it with Ford; an offer that led to the eventual sale/closing of the house a month later. He engaged a home stager to view our home and provide us advice on the best way to present it for sale, and he had a professional photographer take excellent pictures. ZillowVERIFIED Ford lived in our neighborhood and seemed to have a good sense of pricing and what it would take to sell our house. The stager he brought in suggested reasonable changes - ones that we could make without totally upsetting our living arrangements. The photographer was very professional and produced photos that showed off our home. The first weekend after the listing went live we had 5 or 6 showings and by the first Tuesday we had two offers, one of which we accepted. It was a very clean sale with very few issues surfacing. The closing was completed within two months of the original listing at a price with which we were very happy. I should also mention that we were moving 2000 miles and that there were some items left behind that had to be disposed of after we left; Ford took care of that for us. All in all from start to finish we couldn't have been happier with the job Ford did.
