We were very lucky to have Shaina assigned to us last fall when we made an appt on Zillow to see a listing. After several months and many home visits we found our house. When we put our first offer in we were up against other offers and were given the chance to resubmit. She understood what was needed to beat the other offers and how to proceed. Now we are using her again to sell our first home. She has reliable inspectors, photographers, stagers and handymen who regularly work with her.
