American Dream R.E. Services

We had an outstanding experience working with Jacquelyn and Forbes on the sale of our home. From start to finish, they handled every detail with professionalism, skill, and genuine care. What impressed us most was how effectively they managed the complexities of a multi-property transaction. They kept our buyers fully engaged and well-informed throughout the process, carefully navigating the coordination required when multiple homes were involved. Their proactive communication and steady guidance made a potentially stressful situation feel smooth and manageable. Jacquelyn and Forbes worked diligently to keep the closing on track and ensured everything was completed in a timely manner. Their expertise, responsiveness, and commitment to a successful outcome truly stood out. We couldnt have asked for better representation and highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home with confidence and peace of mind.

Jacquelyn helped us buy our home in Anacortes and we could not have been happier with her performance. She goes above and beyond with her communication and knowledge of the local housing market and helped us navigate what was a very lengthy and complex 5-month escrow. Jaquelyn made herself available for phone calls and text messages throughout the entire process, which was a big comfort for us, not to mention her down to earth outgoing personality. For anyone in the buying or selling market we would highly recommend her!

Jacquelyn was very responsive. She waits patiently for when we were ready to actively start looking. The buying process and closing was smooth and without issues. Highly recommend her, shes from here and knows the current market dynamics.

Jacquelyn is very good at her job. She has great knowledge of Anacortes and surrounding areas and a good contact list for anything a new home owner would need. My wife & I were so satisfied with all the things Jacquelyn did to facilitate our house purchase. We would give her six stars out of five and have no reservations in recommending her to any one that is looking for a great real estate agent.

Jacquelyn recently helped us buy a smaller home in Shelter Bay. She was awesome to work with! She helped us with all the unique details and had great references for home inspections, a loan agent, and anything else we needed. We cant recommend her enough!
