As a first time, non traditional buyer in this volatile market, I also faced the added pressure of having to quickly find and close on a house. Felita responded to my needs with maximum attention, she work tirelessly to find my home, then patiently guided me thru the buying process to insure an accelerated close. I'm grateful and thankful.

First of all Mrs. Carter is a beautiful human being . She took great care of us. I was trying to relocate my family from NYC to Atlanta Georgia Mrs. Carter did an excellent job helping us to find our first home nearly 16 years ago and we still live here and truly enjoy/ Love our space it was a remarkable experience the whole process went off without any problems even the people we dealt with outside of her office were very accommodating. So thank you again this was one of the best decisions I've made in life.
