It's a pleasure to tell you about my experience of finding and purchasing my new home with Eva Cunningham as my agent. My husband and I were moving from out of state to the beautiful north Georgia mountains, so the search process could have been challenging, but with Eva representing us, the process was a pleasant and smooth one. Once we were fortunate enough to meet her, Eva listened to us and zeroed in on our priorities for our new home showing us several properties that fit the bill. Knowing we wanted a home on a private, waterfront lot, Eva was always the first to start walking thru the woods to get a closer look at the river or lake on which the homes were situated. Her goal was always to help us find exactly what we wanted and her attention to each detail was so helpful. Eva's knowledge of properties in north Georgia is impressive. When she found the home we ended up purchasing, things moved very quickly to say the least. Due to the hot market in which we were purchasing, Eva managed our offer and each detail efficiently and seemed to always be a step ahead of it all. I feel fortunate to have met Eva and to have had her expertise in our corner during our home purchase process. Personal, professional, positive. That pretty much sums up my experience with Eva Cunningham.

We had a great experience with Eva as our realtor. She was highly responsive, caring, reliable, professional and very knowledgeable. She was always available to answer our questions and made it easy for us to navigate the home buying process in a new state. Eva worked with me for over a year and was the most helpful and personable person 8 had ever come across in reality. After a chance meeting at an open house in my parents neighborhood, she listened to what I was looking for, my budget, my current situation, and my goals. Never did she show me something she wanted me to buy or refer mw to some silly app and leave all the work of looking to me. She actively looked for places that she thought I would love based on all she has learned about me and truly listened to my wants and needs for a home. Eva found the home I am in today! So as not to "bury the lead", my wife Lena and I highly recommend Eva as your next real estate agent, enthusiastically and without any reservations. The reasons why follow. My wife and I have not purchased a home in over 20 years. Eva patiently, clearly, and completely explained each step of the process to us and guided us effectively through the process as each step came up. Thanks to her knowledge of the process, particularly the more unique aspects of purchasing a home in rural Georgia, the process thankfully went smoothly. Any twists and turns that came up from the seller were quickly, diplomatically, and effectively resolved and did not become a concern to us. Eva's diligence in keeping us ahead of the process, heading off possible issues before they became problems, attentiveness to our questions and concerns and thoroughly addressing them as they arose went above and beyond our expectations of a real estate agent. I cannot image her own family members receiving better service that we did. After closing, she welcomed us into our new home and even helped us get settled, very unexpected. Her husband, a part-time contractor of many years experience, even volunteered to walk us through the home, pointing out many details of the new home's construction and helped us to make a much better informed decision than would have been possible without the wealth of information that he provided. As this will hopefully be our "Forever Home" we may not have need of her services again, but we highly recommend that you consider her for you real estate needs.
