When asking our son for any recommendations on a realtor in the area he recommended Ethan Hokel, as he had seen Ethan's presence and contribution to the community. We contacted Ethan and he was very knowledgeable about the area and the realty market in the area. He was very communicative whenever we reached out to him and answered all our inquiries thoroughly and in a timely manner. When we traveled to the area on an abbreviated time frame he was able to show us listings, provide detail on the areas as someone who had grown up in the area, and was patient with our questions. We were able to find the perfect house that was in the final stages of completion. Ethan worked through some logistical issues and we were able to close and move-in in the desired time frame. Ethan even met with us on a holiday while we were in the area for a walk through the house. We were very satisfied with the experience. We have heard from Ethan on several occasions since closing on our house almost two and a half years ago checking in with us. We weren't just a one and done client. He has continued a relationship with us and periodically see him in the community.
