Ethan joined Compass in 2018, after founding and operating his own successful brokerage, Goodrich Residential, for many years in Boston. He has 17+ years of real estate experience representing buyers and sellers throughout the Greater Boston area. What sets him apart is his top-tier negotiation skills, analytical approach to the market, and his honesty when supporting clients. At Compass, Ethan leads the Goodrich Team, a team of 10 agents who each perform a unique role, whether it is specializing in sellers, buyers, leasing, operations, transaction support, or marketing. In 2024, they ranked as the #1 real estate team by sales volume at COMPASS Boston, with $143 million in sold and UAG transactions. They have also been selected as a Boston Magazine "Top Real Estate Producer" for the past seven years, and currently are the most reviewed Zillow team in the Greater Boston area. As a native of the Seacoast Region in New Hampshire, Ethan grew up skiing, and playing soccer and baseball. You can find him now on pickleball courts, the golf course or playing vintage baseball in the summer. Currently, he lives in Greater Boston with his talented wife, Katie (of Ivory & Bone Interiors), and his two kids.
