ZillowVERIFIED When my boss decided to rent a second apartment in Boston, I was contacted by a representative of Zillow and was paired with Sarah. Sarah always responded quickly, and was always flexible with my frequent schedule changes. She showed me several places that I could tell she believed were worthwhile and would fit all of my boss' needs and preferences for his new apartment. As I was looking for someone who currently lives out of state, Sarah definitely went above and beyond in showing me various apartments, and then AGAIN showing them when my boss was in town for a short period of time. She was essentially doubling her efforts. We saw some really great properties and after shortlisting a few of them we went around the Boston Seaport area so that my boss could see them in person. Sarah was always super pleasant and friendly to deal with, it honestly felt like I was doing a mini tour of the city with a friend rather than someone whose job it is to sell to me. And luckily my boss loved one of the properties and has since been approved to rent. Sarah was super in touch with the leasing agent and myself during the application and approval process, and at times things were literally down to the wire to get the specific unit my boss loved. Couldn't have done this without Sarah, who truly helped make me look great to my new-ish boss and in the end I feel like we are all really satisfied and happy. 15/10 would recommend working with Sarah!

Needless to say, our sense of urgency for finding a new living situation was very high. I reached out to Sarah for one of her listings posted and not only did she responded immediately, she was able to work with our schedule for showings despite the fact that she was leaving for a long weekend. While being out of town, she was available for calls, sent our application over quickly and was in touch with the owner of the property within 24 hours. Our situation was not ideal and extremely stressful and Sarah made the process beyond easy and seamless. Even after our lease was negotiated and signed, she continued to check in about how the move went, etc. There's plenty of interesting characters in the real estate space, but Sarah was professional, transparent and thoughtful of our needs throughout. When moving to the area, I set up appointments with multiple brokers to view apartments in Boston and the surrounding areas - The first of which was Sarah. After spending the afternoon with her, I cancelled the other appointments with the brokers, and used her exclusively to rent my new apt. After we closed on the lease and moved into the place, I needed some additional documentation from Sarah to submit to my company for a relocation package. She went above and beyond to provide me with the required docs, even though she didn't have to take the time (since the lease was signed and she did her job). She listened to what aspects I was looking for in a new home, and those qualities I was not so fond of.
