Steph has over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry in all aspects of operations, sales roles & property management. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in contract negotiation. Along with being bilingual in Spanish. Her attention to detail, communication skills, extensive market knowledge and superior customer service is what makes her a true asset to her clients. In 2019 after being licensed for only one year she received the prestigious 1 Million Dollar Club Award and will be eligible for the 5 Million Dollar Club Award in Dec '21.

Steph is excited to take on new challenges and enjoys helping our clients have experiences worth talking about. Her free time is spent watching her 11 year old son Kingston on the soccer field and playing dress up with her 5 year old daughter Giavanna.
