Point being Ive worked with many real estate agents in three states. Esteban is the best agent Ive worked with. Its easy to sell in a hot market. This is no longer a hot market. Esteban pulled out all the stopsaEUR"Zillow showcase, great staging and photos. My listing had all the newest tech features with a virtual walkthrough and the ability to redesign rooms by style. Yes, he held a an open house and tried to create as much buzz as possible. You know what usually sells a home in a down market? Connections. An agent who leverages the network they have built over the years. Thats what sold my home. He priced my home well and I knew enough to keep my expectations real. It was sold before it hit the MLS with a full price offer. Esteban negotiated with the buyer to allow us to keep it in active status so he could hold an open house for a backup offer. Didnt get one; didnt need one. We closed in about 17 days. I'm out-of-state and Esteban helped me sell my furniture. He shipped a few remaining items to me. These things matter to me in a huge way. We had some drama with a previous realtor and he remained calm through all of it. Honestly, just hire him. I dont think youll find a better agent in California.

It becomes even more disheartening when you hear anecdotes from people you know about the average realtor experience. Let me tell you, Esteban is no average realtor and describing him as such would be a disservice to the kind of person he is and what he is truly capable of. Esteban has honed his profession into an art, becoming a master of his craft. You can tell that he truly cares about making this experience as painless as possible and works incredibly hard to make your dream turn into a reality. He is a great communicator, researcher, negotiator, and planner so you need to bring the same energy and be on top of everything he brings to you. Allow him to get to know you and your preferences, he will try to put himself in your shoes and read your mind. He is very good at it. All of the homes he has shown me have ticked most/all of my boxes, some weren't even officially on the market. Real estate is chaotic, and unforeseen circumstances can happen. Complications on the seller's side of things caused me to go in and out of escrow three times. Not a problem for Esteban, he navigates stormy waters like he was born in it. He never gave up on the situation and continued to push forward when a property falls through, having a brand new list of homes ready and scheduled for us to view. After the sale would be the point where many realtors will end their interaction with you. Right? Not Esteban, he promised me he would help me renovate my new home and by god he did. He went above and beyond to ensure that my new home was renovated to my exact specifications in a timely manner, using his own personal contractors who are affordable and perform quality work. He stays on top of the work progress and keeps me constantly updated. Esteban even went out of his way to pick up the underlayment from the warehouse and drop it off at the house in order to help the contractors out. Honorable, reliable, and dependable? This guy cannot be real. Esteban is the super-human god version of whatever your definition of a real estate agent may be. I personally feel like I made a friend I can count on. All of my real estate transactions will be made through him and I will be highly recommending him to everyone I know. If you're trying to buy or sell your home and need a real estate agent, look no further.
