This review is not by a newbie seller. Ive been buying and selling residential properties for 25 years. I was once a licensed realtor. Point being Ive worked with many real estate agents in three states. Esteban is the best agent Ive worked with. Its easy to sell in a hot market. This is no longer a hot market. Esteban pulled out all the stopsaEUR"Zillow showcase, great staging and photos. My listing had all the newest tech features with a virtual walkthrough and the ability to redesign rooms by style. Yes, he held a an open house and tried to create as much buzz as possible. You know what usually sells a home in a down market? Connections. An agent who leverages the network they have built over the years. Thats what sold my home. He priced my home well and I knew enough to keep my expectations real. It was sold before it hit the MLS with a full price offer. Esteban negotiated with the buyer to allow us to keep it in active status so he could hold an open house for a backup offer. Didnt get one; didnt need one. We closed in about 17 days. I'm out-of-state and Esteban helped me sell my furniture. He shipped a few remaining items to me. These things matter to me in a huge way. We had some drama with a previous realtor and he remained calm through all of it. Honestly, just hire him. I dont think youll find a better agent in California.
