Kelsey and I have been on a journey for the past 12 months that finally came to a successful fruition last week with the closing of my new home in Hampton, NH. What sold me on Kelsey early on was that she asked a ton of questions about what I was looking for in a new home and was very targeted in her suggestions and recommendations. It was clear she put a lot of effort and thought into this because she was able to tell me WHY she thought a property might be a good fit and how it aligned with my needs and wants. Because she listened so well, it didnt take us long to find the one - which didnt yet exist, as it was a new development not yet underway. Kelsey impressed me with her understanding of the new construction market as well as the processes required to get from step one to step two and beyond. This knowlege was invalueable to me.
