I was excited and scared at the same time. We knew close to nothing about Richmond. Our realtor in Atlanta introduced us to Erin and we quickly scheduled a call to discuss our future journey together. We told her what was important to us, what we didnt want and also added an extra challenge: we needed a home that could accommodate a completely separate space for my mother. Erin accepted the challenge. Game on. We flew up to Richmond and literally spent the entire day with Erin. I feel we visited every part of town possible and quickly eliminated areas and home styles. Erin asked for specific feedback at every turn so she could begin to steer us in the right direction whether we realized it at the time or not. We could also tell that Erin had deep relationships no matter where we went. Folks knew her by name and she had a story and connection with nearly every part of town. We knew we were in good hands. Further she even recommended we visit a few parts of town on our own to get our bearings and see what felt aEURoelike us.aEUR? Fast forward to when we found the home we were ready to call ours.
