During a strong Seller's market when Buyers had a difficult time finding and getting offers accepted, she steered us through the process with expertise. One day when she was showing us a property, we mentioned a townhouse we had only seen in internet pictures. We essentially had taken it off our list because of what the internet showed. After touring several properties I became comfortable enough with Erika in that she completely understood my needs that I left the state and let her search properties for me.
