We lived in Washington when we received PCS orders to Louisiana. Erika came highly recommended and we contacted her for help in finding a home. We started corresponding with Erika in January when we found out we were moving. We did not get to meet this wonderful agent until October when we actually moved to the area in which we were buying a home. Having never purchased a home, we had high levels of anxiety and low levels of experience. Erikas knowledge and expertise immediately put us at ease and it was easy for us to give her our trust. She was very helpful and informative and has several great contacts to help her. She is always willing to go the extra mile for us, literally. We had that poor girl running all over the greater New Orleans area looking at homes for us. Due to the fact that we were unable to be in the location physically, she used video chat services to enable us to see the homes we were interested in. When the connection was inefficient, she would make videos of the homes for us to watch later. She looked at these homes for us as if she were the one making the purchase. We are now living in our home and could not be happier. I do know that we wouldnt have been able to get to this place if not for Erika and all of the help and advice she provided. We will recommend Erika 10 times out of 10 and give her six of five stars any time.

Also during the pandemic, which has added an extra layer of complication. It is rare to know such an authentic person that continues to care about her clients so much even after the sale is complete. I can continue to call Erika for advice on the area or anything.
