Nola Living Realty

We do not have enough words to describe the services provided by Erika Buxton. Outstanding, superb, excellent, are just a few of them. We lived in Washington when we received PCS orders to Louisiana. Erika came highly recommended and we contacted her for help in finding a home. We started corresponding with Erika in January when we found out we were moving. We did not get to meet this wonderful agent until October when we actually moved to the area in which we were buying a home. Having never purchased a home, we had high levels of anxiety and low levels of experience. Erikas knowledge and expertise immediately put us at ease and it was easy for us to give her our trust. She was very helpful and informative and has several great contacts to help her. She is always willing to go the extra mile for us, literally. We had that poor girl running all over the greater New Orleans area looking at homes for us. Due to the fact that we were unable to be in the location physically, she used video chat services to enable us to see the homes we were interested in. When the connection was inefficient, she would make videos of the homes for us to watch later. She looked at these homes for us as if she were the one making the purchase. We are now living in our home and could not be happier. I do know that we wouldnt have been able to get to this place if not for Erika and all of the help and advice she provided. We will recommend Erika 10 times out of 10 and give her six of five stars any time.

Tony and his team did a great job for us. He was very knowledgeable about the market. He advised us through every step of the process and worked with all other parties involved in the process on our behalf. We had a few items that had to be negotiated and he handled all of those very well for us.

Professional, friendly, always there to help from the listing to the closing. Always there to help in time of need and pushing forward. They treat you like family!

She was ready to help from the first message to the last! Helped ease all the first time home buying fears and landed us a great location and home! It was a smooth process from start to finish. she is great at what she does and I would recommend her to everyone in the future!

Erika is our fairy godmother! She truly helped us find our dream home and did it virtually from 5000 miles away along with a 6 hour time zone difference. Also during the pandemic, which has added an extra layer of complication. Her knowledge of the market was more than impressive but her devotion and genuine sincerity to our needs over anything else is why she is successful and the best at what she does. It is rare to know such an authentic person that continues to care about her clients so much even after the sale is complete. I can continue to call Erika for advice on the area or anything. She builds relationships in addition to a client list.
