The homeowners (parents) were experiencing some difficulties due to health issues and my husband and I dealt with a large amount of the details ourselves. We had limited time of our own and needed to move the house as well as the belongings in a short time frame. Erik kept us in the loop at all times. When we experienced hurdles, he was right there with us to offer a hand and make a phone call to arrange for something that needed to be done. He took pressure off our shoulders by not expecting too much and helping where he could. Could not have gotten everything done so quickly without his help.

Erik provided a lot of guidance around list price, yet I felt I had a lot of control over my own listing. Everything from the listing description to the photos taken at the property were well beyond my expectations. The house was marketed aggressively and I knew Erik was working hard on my behalf to get my house sold for top dollar. When I had questions, Erik was very responsive. I could call or email him and get the answers to my questions answered right away. I was never left wondering what was happening as I received constant communication of what was going on. Ultimately, I sold for a good price above what our appraisal came back at. Again, Erik sold the other agent on why this property was worth the price.

Living on the east coast and trying to shop for a home over the internet was somewhat challenging, especially considering our budget and requirements. Erik was recommended by a work friend and from the beginning made the process much easier. Erik was great about finding out details for us and even went so far as to go in and photograph an early listing that was within our budget but hadn't posted pictures yet. He worked with us through the process of making several failed offers and when we finally did find a home that we loved and fit all our needs we encounter a very difficult sellers agent. Erik worked patiently with that agent (and me) to get all the details worked out. Erik was fantastic to deal with, put up with endless questions and concerns from me, and always left me feeling that I was well represented.

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Erik to inquire about purchasing a condo in Las Vegas. Erik was prompt in returning my call, scheduling numerous showings and when those properties did not measure up, expanded his efforts to, ultimately, find the condo that said to me, "buy me". Once the offer was presented, I had to return to my home. Erik shepherded the process through, from inspections, follow up on the inspection, explanation of the various forms and other paperwork. Erik made the process actually enjoyable. I never felt that he was trying to sell me something. He presented facts and figures, pros and cons, and truly was an asset in navigating the entire process. Should I need a realtors service in the future, he would be my go to realtor. In addition to being very professional and competent, Erik is really a very nice guy, somebody you would want to have a drink with.

ZillowVERIFIED Erik was referred by a friend who is a realtor out of state. After having a terrible time looking for a home to buy a few years ago with a realtor that wasnt nearly as professional as Erik, he was a major reason why the home buying experience went so well this time around. After getting qualified for our home loan we had gone out to look at homes only one time. During a conversation with Erik that day I mentioned that our loan officer had told us that we could qualify for a much bigger loan if we wanted more money but we had settled for a lower amount as we were trying to keep our mortgage payment down. After this first outing looking at homes and not finding anything we were interested in Erik explained that if we would get qualified for $25000 more and $50000 more, and have those two approval letters available, we would be amazed at how much nicer the homes would be we would be looking at and it wouldnt increase our mortgage payment by very much. Our loan officer was able to provide our other two approval letters within days and we went out to look at homes again. On only our second time out looking we found a home that was perfect for us, put in a bid and it was accepted by the following morning. This house was only $10000 over the price of our original budget proving that Erik knew the area very well and knew how the extra financing would help us. Also he was very prompt with all communication that was necessary during all of the experience leading up to our closing date and getting our keys to our new home. Overall Erik was great to work with and we would definitely work with him again if we need to look for a new house in the future, which is to say we would definitely recommend him to anybody that is looking to buy a home.
