Ive worked with Erik for roughly a year in this crazy housing market of 2020 onwards, and he did his utmost to make an extra stressful environment be as productive and satisfying as possible! His attitude as well as his breadth of knowledge/experience/insight were invaluable through a journey that included many dead ends, upsets, disappointments, and all the challenges this crazy real estate market shells out. I cannot recommend him enough. The level of work and commitment he provided went far beyond the standard of what I feel we expect from real estate agents.

Erik was great to work with, and kept me informed along the way throughout the home buying process. I found a condo I wanted to look at, Erik set it up for the next day. I really wanted that condo. Erik had to have our bid in by 4pm, which he did. The next evening Erik negotiated the deal and the condo was mine. I would recommend erik to my friends and family. This was a great experience buying my first condo.
