ZillowVERIFIEDErik has helped us to purchase one home, and sell two. He is professional, courteous, very easy to work with and has great local knowledge. One of our homes in Moreno Valley (mobile home) had been on the market for 2 years or so with a different realtor. Erik had it sold and gone in about 5 months. Our other home in Perris was listed and sold within 10 days ..... Brilliant realtor. If we still lived in the area, we would use him again without hesitation.

ZillowVERIFIED Erik was awesome. He was very professional and explained everything in a way that we could understand. He sold our home the first weekend it was on the market (with multiple offers) and also helped us find our new home. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He really knows the Inland Empire area well. I would highly recommend Erik to anyone looking to buy or sell a home...you will not be disappointed!

ZillowVERIFIED Erik is a great realtor who tries to tailor all the house searches around your wants and needs. He's very flexible and will even go house hunting on the weekends and evenings. If you have any questions about the home buying process he's literally a text away and almost always responds immediately. If your looking for a hands on realtor who is helpful, resourceful, kind, and patient Erik is your guy! We had a bit of a set back towards the end of our purchase and he worked with the lending company to ensure we got the best deal. We are first time home buyers and literally had no idea what we were getting in to but Erik made the whole process easy and effortless, thanks for all your help Erik!

ZillowVERIFIED Erik has helped me with purchasing two homes and each experience has been wonderful. He was very helpful in explaining any questions or concerns I had and very quick to respond to texts or emails. Always kept me updated during the escrow process. During the purchase of my first house unfortunately I had a bad experience with the first realtor I used however when I switched to Erik he helped me look for the types of homes I was looking for and did not waste my time showing me Homes that I would definitely not be interested in. He is also very patient and genuine. He wants you to be happy in your home, it's not all about the sale. With the first realtor I used I felt as if every home we went to see he was pushing for me to place an offer even if I didn't really "love" the home. Erik was never pushy and always willing to go the extra mile! Definitely wants YOU to be comfortable when placing an offer. I Definitely recommend Erik to be your realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Erik helped us purchase our new home in Perris and was an absolute rock throughout the entire procedure. We are somewhat new to the whole process, and it seemed like he knew everything!!!!! He gave advice where needed, he was there at the drop of a hat any time we wanted to view a property and he was extremely proactive. He didn't wait for us to contact him to follow up on viewings, etc - he was there for us - and ahead of us - every single step of the way. With absolute sincerity, I can say that I would definitely use Erik again in the future, and would highly recommend him without hesitation. If you want a realtor who will make the process of buying a house seamless and painless, do not think twice about contating him and utilising his knowledge and experience.

The process can be very confusing, but Erik kept us updated on all of the procedures and was very helpful in explaining everything. Erik's knowledge of the area and current market were critical in the sale of our home. We highly recommend Erik for anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
