ZillowVERIFIED We could not have gotten a better agent. She was on top of everything we needed. So much so we were able to close early. She made the process easier than buying a car. I would highly recommend her time and time again.

ZillowVERIFIED Ericka Lalka went above and beyond for us. She sold our home while we remained out of state. Ericka picked up the slack from our property management, including the arrangements for new flooring and contractor repairs (damages from our renters). She also assisted with the design choices, worked with retailers, and provided access for the repairs to be done for the home. We found her through Dave Ramsey's endorsed professionals program, and she responded immediately. We found Ericka to be knowledgeable, direct and available. She was very prompt in responses and receptive to our many questions. We highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Found the unexpected with this real estate duo. They do not shy from a challenging sale, they went far above the extra mile to make things happen for us. From keeping us up to date and making deals to getting their hands dirty to make sure everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail. If you need someone that will truly work for you there is no doubt that you will get that from the Lalkas!!

ZillowVERIFIED Not our first time buying a house, not our first realtor experience. I say that to set the stage for our experience. First, Ericka was very responsive and does her homework. Secondly, she took the time to get to know us and was patient with us as we worked through all the choices available to us and while our stated preference change (so sorry Ericka). Lastly, she was a great advocate for us in the processes, we always felt in charge, in formed, engaged and that what we wanted would be accomplished. Check. Check. Check and Check that box some more.

ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough about Erika and how great of an agent she truly is! If you want the best in the industry she's your gal! She's listed and sold 2 of our homes over the past 10 years and has helped us with the purchase of 3 homes which we love. Every transaction has been a wonderful and fun journey. Erika always goes the extra mile and I'll never use anyone else! I highly recommend Ericka for all your reality needs! You won't be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED We chose The Lalka Group to help us sell our house and find us a new one. They went above and beyond in helping us our house ready to sell, and gave us excellent advice in preparation of the sale, in which we sold at top dollar. They also helped us find our dream house, and worked with the inspectors and contractors to make sure we were getting the best deal. I wouldn't think twice about using the Lalka Group again!

ZillowVERIFIED Ericka is amazing. She is professional, kind, and willing to go the extra mile to work with her clients. Once my husband and I moved out of town, she was there to make sure that the house was still shown and she hosted open houses. When we ran into snags with location misunderstandings, she worked diligently to persuade buyers and help them understand the amazing pros of the home. She was honest in all her opinions of offers and how we should counter and respond. As a first time seller, I found her expertise incredibly valuable. She never talked down to us and treated us as intelligent adults that don't sell homes for a living. I would re-hire her in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED I have known Ericka for a couple of years on a personal level and had no reservations about using her to help sell our home and to buy our new home! Ericka is always very professional and very thorough in explaining anything unclear. I appreciated Erickas timeliness in getting back to us if she couldn't talk right away and felt that she was willing to go the extra mile to help us. Ericka has 25 years of experience in real-estate her extensive knowledge of the area and various builders makes it easy to get the desired home. I would highly recommend using Ericka Lalka as your realtor because she always gets the job done and she always stays in contact as a friend!

ZillowVERIFIED Fantastic agent. We were on a tight time frame (one week) house hunting trip to look at houses and put an offer. Ericka cleared up her schedule for that week and pried herself away from her family and we hit MANY homes. Despite the limited time frame, never did we feel pressured to decide on a house before the week was up and Ericka somehow seemed to know when she should help with suggestions and when she should give us space to decide on something. I cannot recommend her enough. We have even called and asked for home related help after we purchased our house and she was always willing to help.

ZillowVERIFIED We were relocating to the Tri-Cities area from a different state. From the first time I spoke to Ericka on the phone I knew this was going to be a positive experience. I was concerned about how the logistics of this was going to work, however, Ericka made it easy. We received tremendous recommendations from her on financing, inspectors and contractors. She was never frustrated with us and always kept a positive outlook through the whole process. She was able to keep it moving even when we were traveling cross-country to relocate. She went far above and beyond and we would highly recommend her to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED Ericka has helped me both buy and sell properties. I am currently working with her to purchase another investment property. She knows the real-estate process and stays on top of the details. When the purchase of my mothers Condo appeared to be derailing due to poor documentation from the HOA, Ericka chased down the right document and gave it to the HOA to get the deal back on track. She is always responsive to calls and finds answers to questions. She also has great contacts in financing, inspections, contractors etc. I look forward to continuing a relationship with Ericka as my agent in real-estate.

ZillowVERIFIED Ericka was more than we ever could have hoped for in a Realtor, she was always available by phone or text, patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. She helped us through a very frustrating negotiation with the sellers and an even more frustrating experience with our lender. I would wholeheartedly recommend Ericka to anyone looking to buy or sell.

ZillowVERIFIED We used Ericka for both the selling of our current home and buying a new one. Her expertise and professionalism was amazing in both transactions and truly made a potentially stressful situation seamless. I was amazed that our home had an offer within 15 days; I believe her help in the staging of our home was critical to the sale of our existing home. Over all, Erica was amazing with the whole process and I would highly recommend using her!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We used Ericka for selling our home and purchasing a new home. Her expertise and professionalism was amazing in both transactions. She staged our home beautifully, assisted us in meeting the requirements of the inspections, helped us find a new home that both exactly met our needs and was a good financial investment in our future. She facilitated closing with the title company and the bank. We would not have been able to do these transactions so smoothly and quickly without her help. I highly recommend Ericka as an agent!

ZillowVERIFIED Ericka is an amazing real estate expert. Not only did we have an offer on our house in 3 days of putting on the market, she also helped us build our new house in which we love. Ericka is very timely in responding to any questions or concerns you may have during the whole process of looking at homes to selling a home and purchasing a home. She is very knowledgable with the housing market in tri cities and surrounding areas, knows neighborhoods well. We had a wonderful experience working with her and would highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Ericka made my home-owning dreams come true. I contacted her in hopes that she'd help me find another rental to live in (I had pretty much convinced myself that I could never afford my own home), but after a few minutes on the phone w/ her she helped me see the light about making everyone's dream of owning a home come true and that I deserved that in my life. She found me the PERFECT house!!!! (and made so many phone calls, contacts w/ so many people just to find it!) What I appreciated most was her ability to stay level-headed during my times of stress (first time purchasing of a home & no point of reference....I had so many documents to sign, phone calls to lenders, etc.) She went above & beyond facilitating and ensuring contact w/ a city office for an opportunity that I ended up qualifying for. Ericka was a delight to have as my advocate & my realtor. I was so blessed to have her on my side! You can count on fantastic customer service with Ericka.

ZillowVERIFIED Absolutely beyond impressed! We were referred to Ericka by several enthusiastic people. The first phone call to her was not only professional and to the point, but we found Ericka to be friendly and personable. She was able to offer alot of insight about all the first steps in looking for a home and prepared us for everything we'd be encountering. Ericka was prompt and efficient during our entire experience. She went out of her way several times to accomplish the goals we had and was reassuring, she broke things down easily and was incredibly helpful. We refer her to all our friends now.. Ericka is an expert at what she does and is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects. We are very thankful for all she has done. She's gained our business for life!
