Shelia Cuadros was absolutely amazing. She was kind, explaining every detail of the process and quite thorough with all the documentation. One thing that we exceptionally loved about her was that she was honest and upfront in pricing our home, she told us what the market was at the present time, whether we liked it or not and she said she would get it sold and that's exactly what she did. I would not recommend anybody else but her in buying or selling a home. Cuadros Team " Just did it " for us!

The Cuadros T.E.A.M. went above and beyond to successfully sell my house for top dollar in a market that was less than favorable for doing so. Property values had dropped significantly in the area where my house was located. The comps were very low in the same area. But when I hired the Cuadros T.E.A.M., I handed them the key to my house, and they did everything else. My final closing statement clearly shows that they had my best interest in mind through out the entire process. They got me approximately 15% more than other identical square foot houses were selling for within approximately 1/2 block of my property. They truly went above and beyond! And they have my absolute highest recommendation! A big "Thank you" to the Cuadros T.E.A.M. for a job well done!!!

Once they found out that we didn't want to be pushed into purchasing a home for our max purchase price...they stopped working. I am sure they will be happy to work with you if your willing to maximize their commission. They violated our trust by giving the selling agent personal information about us. The last communication that we had with the team was that they were going to get us more information on a property...and they never called us back! Three weeks later we started working with a different agent in the local area. We honored our side of the agreement, but they did not.

My sisters and I were in need of someone to help us sell our parents' home. It was in need of renovation since it was built in the 1950's and recently suffered a grease fire. That is where Sheila Cuadros entered the scene. We were in agreement our best option would be to sell the house to someone who buys and flips houses. Names were promptly provided, and within two days a firm offer was agreed upon for the house. Ms. Cuadros kept us informed of all details throughout the entire process and was in attendance when documents were signed at the attorney's office. I found my house on Zillow and the moment that I clicked that I was interested in the property; Sheila Cuadros immediately called me within a minute. Not only was I surprised by her quickness, but she was the only realtor that I had spoken with that had an amazing attitude and gave the most helpful information in regards to the buying process. She showed us the house within days of our request and we made an offer that day. The other realtor made it very clear that her client would not budge on closing costs or the listing price before we even looked at the house. Sheila went up to bat for us and she got us the house at the price we wanted the very next day! She was very tentative to our request and needs .Anytime I called her she always returned my phone calls to en sure I was informed every step of the process and answer any questions that I had. Approximately 30 days later we were in our home! I highly recommend her to anyone buying, selling, or renting!

Purchasing a new home in another state would have been a frightening and time-consuming task had it not been for the expertise of Shiela Cuadros!
