Shelia Cuadros was absolutely amazing. She was kind, explaining every detail of the process and quite thorough with all the documentation. One thing that we exceptionally loved about her was that she was honest and upfront in pricing our home, she told us what the market was at the present time, whether we liked it or not and she said she would get it sold and that's exactly what she did. I would not recommend anybody else but her in buying or selling a home. Cuadros Team " Just did it " for us!

The Cuadros T.E.A.M. went above and beyond to successfully sell my house for top dollar in a market that was less than favorable for doing so. Property values had dropped significantly in the area where my house was located. The comps were very low in the same area. But when I hired the Cuadros T.E.A.M., I handed them the key to my house, and they did everything else. My final closing statement clearly shows that they had my best interest in mind through out the entire process. They got me approximately 15% more than other identical square foot houses were selling for within approximately 1/2 block of my property. They truly went above and beyond! And they have my absolute highest recommendation! A big "Thank you" to the Cuadros T.E.A.M. for a job well done!!!

Once they found out that we didn't want to be pushed into purchasing a home for our max purchase price...they stopped working. I am sure they will be happy to work with you if your willing to maximize their commission. They violated our trust by giving the selling agent personal information about us. The last communication that we had with the team was that they were going to get us more information on a property...and they never called us back! Three weeks later we started working with a different agent in the local area. We honored our side of the agreement, but they did not.
