ZillowVERIFIED Erica is a friendly and easy person to talk to and explain what we wanted in a house. My family and I truly enjoyed getting to know her and receive her help when buying a house. Erica has great knowledge of the area and handles lots of complicated issues in a simple professional manner. For Example the builder we were working with made a mistake and it was going to delay closing for 3 weeks and the builder make a big ordeal of it asking us to handle the situation on our own (which would've been a lot of work and wouldn't have worked out in our favor). Erica was able to step in and resolve the issue for us allowing us to close on time with the issue resolved. In terms of COVID, Erica always wore a mask and complied with the rules of what was going on. It made us feel safer when working to buy a house in such a complicated time.

Ericas use of digital marketing and social media was incredible, leading to multiple zoom showings, open houses and even a night time tour! All this effort produced huge interest and multiple offers.
