We are giving 5 Stars simply because 10 wasn't available. Erica is absolutely phenomenal. My wife and I were extremely picky and Erica encouraged us not to settle for anything less than the perfect house. She was ALWAYS quick to respond when we had questions or concerns. When it came time to sell our house she made the process quick and painless. Erica didn't just deliver she over delivered as she consistently went above and beyond. We love our new home and hope that there isn't another move in our future. However, if there is the first and only call we will make will be to Erica.

Kristin helped us find and buy our dream property AND list and sell the home we were currently living in. She advocated for us every step of the way and went the extra mile to make sure got the best return on our investments. As just one example, she called on personal contacts to make sure our new home was cleaned by a maid service prior to our moving in. You can tell she truly cares about getting people into the right home for them, not just about "making the sale." She works hard to make the process as smooth and painless as possible and was always very responsive to any questions or concerns.
