Erica Laucius

As a Pacific Northwest native, Erica Laucius has learned the ins and outs of the real estate market from Seattle to Spokane. She was born into a family of architects, appraisers and real estate agents, so this industry has had her heart from day one. Erica graduated from Gonzaga University with a bachelor's degree in business marketing in 2018, and, in 2022, received her MBA from her alma mater. As a life-long enthusiast of the real estate industry, Erica began working at Coldwell Banker Bain in Bellevue as an agent on The Jen Harper Team in early 2019. She gained invaluable experience in every aspect of the market, including luxury and waterfront properties. She has been featured in Luxury Home Magazine and on King 5's Evening Magazine in the Seattle region. In 2021 alone, her team accounted for over $80 million in transactions. As a Gonzaga alum and now Spokane resident, Erica looks forward to getting re-involved in the Spokane community with numerous organizations and with her alma matter. When not busy looking at houses, Erica loves to spend time on the lake surfing and waterskiing and, in the winter, you can find her skiing on the slopes of Schweitzer Mountain. She is also an avid Gonzaga basketball fan! Erica is thrilled to be home in the Inland Northwest.
