I recently had a tragedy in my immediate family and found myself in a position of selling a Spokane property willed to me. Since I now live in South Carolina, this presented many challenges. There was so much to deal with in settling my sister's estate and finding a realtor was one of the most difficult. An agent I worked with in Seattle highly recommended Erica Laucius with Prime Real Estate Group to assist me while I was in Spokane. Erica immediately responded to my request and came to visit the properties personally. Since there were tenants occupying some of these properties, it could have been tricky. Erica and Melissa were professional, sensitive, and knew exactly how to put everyone at ease. She was able to work with my estate attorney directly to make sure all the real estate assets were given an immediate valuation. This helped immensely with the execution of the will. She was able to find a buyer within a few days of listing and the sale price was higher than expected. Her kindness and attentiveness during this difficult time went way above and beyond what I could have ever hoped for. Erica made every effort to make a good result come from a tragic time in my life. We worked with Erica in Sept 2023 to sell our home, and we couldn't have been more pleased! We were so impressed with her positive attitude, market knowledge and honest approach to listing our home. She also brought in a fabulous photographer to showcase our home online. To our amazement we received multiple offers the first day the house went on the market, thanks in large part to her incredible work. Erica was always available to answer all our questions and kept us updated throughout the whole process. In addition, we were moving out of state and had to leave by a specific date. Unfortunately, we had a last minute appliance breakdown that had to be replaced.
