Erica was raised in Roberta, GA (it only has 2 traffic lights, by the way!) with 3 siblings. Erica got into the real estate industry 4 years ago after purchasing her first home. She set out to help buyers make the dream of home ownership a reality. As her career advanced, Erica found her stride working with buyers and began making relationships with new construction builders. She is an expert in: New Construction Sales, Luxury Sellers & Buyers, Relocation & Negotiation. Erica aims to provide the highest level of service to her clients and takes deep pride in helping them achieve their real estate goals. She lives in Douglasville, GA with her spouse. He's a Marine.
