I had no idea what to expect going into it but Jesse (and Eric) were extremely helpful during the whole process and answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly. We viewed dozens of condos in the Bellevue/Kirkland area and Jesse never slowed down or got less cheery the whole time. I definitely would have been more stressed out during the process if not for Jesse's calm and upbeat attitude. I'll definitely use him in the future to not only find my next home, but to sell my current condo.

With the Covad-19 thing just getting going here in Washington when I signed the contract to it starting to affect the stores and added restrictions. I had two offers over list price from the first day listed showings. That was truly unexpected, getting these offers was amazing. ZillowVERIFIED We have actually bought 3 houses from Eric and Rachel. They are amazing to work with and incredibly responsive. Since the first time, we were first time home buyers, they advised us of different programs and saved us so much money! I had a million questions because home buying is overwhelming and I never once felt like I was being bothersome! Rachel made me feel so comfortable with the entire process and was so patient in clarifying any of my concerns. They found several houses for us and scheduled us to go see them almost immediately. This was so important because where we were buying, houses didnt stay on the market long. They gave us great advice on making an offer on our house that was strong but not too over the top. Our first experience with them was so positive, we used them to help us buy two other homes. Those experiences were just as good as our first. ZillowVERIFIED We first began working with Eric and Rachel during the Fall 2010. We were still living on the East Coast and they were so easy to communicate and work with on our house hunting trips. A job transfer necessitated a quick turnaround for a home. We purchased a project house in February 2011, which we knew would not be our 'forever' home. We were able to make quite a few updates on the home during the 1.5 years we lived there. Eric and Rachel always made themselves available for follow-up questions as to what updates would increase our re-sale value, etc. We purchased our forever home in November 2012, and continued to work on the project house. We listed our project house with Eric and received two great offers within the first week. We went to closing approximately 45 days later!!
