I'm Eric Gurrola, a Southern California real estate professional and the founder of Gurrola & Co.

For me, real estate has always been about more than buying and selling homes. It's about people, relationships, and helping families make some of the biggest financial decisions of their lives with confidence.

I was born and raised in the Los Angeles area, and I'm proud to serve the communities I know and call home. Whether I'm helping someone buy their first home, sell a property they've owned for decades, relocate, invest, or navigate a difficult real estate situation, I believe my job is to give them straightforward advice, strong representation, and a clear strategy.

I'm a husband, a father, and a family-first person. That perspective carries into the way I do business. I understand that behind every property there's a story, a goal, and usually a much bigger reason for making a move.

I built Gurrola & Co. around a simple standard: work hard, communicate clearly, negotiate aggressively when necessary, and always protect the client's best interests.
