I have been in the non owner investment mortgage space since 2017. I help borrowers finance their investment properties. Fix and flip, fix and hold, purchase and refinance. I do not do owner occupied. In the commercial space i help business owners purchase new properties to operate out of. Some recently closed commercial deals would be, new space for roofing contractor (Philadelphia), restaurant purchase (Erie PA). As a boutique mortgage brokerage, we concentrate on commercial and investor loans in 32 states.
