Eric was patient and kept me calm because I had only a few days/weeks to find a place to live. He found me the home of my dreams house and it is perfect. The house is everything I wanted, from the location to the interior design. He is defiantly passionate about his job and treated me with the utmost respect. Never once did I feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. This was my first time buying a house, so I had no idea what I was getting myself into, or know anything about the process. He sat me down and explained everything to me. When it came time for closing, the process was so unbelievably smooth and easy. He kept me calm and sat back and watched me while I enjoyed buying my first house! We initially connected with him through Zillow because of our interest in touring a home for sale. From our first encounter, Eric made us very comfortable. Eric worked with our timetable for preparing our house for sale. We waited until we physically moved before listing the house for sale which meant we took pictures while we still occupied the house and left limited items in the house for tours. Eric and his team presented our house in the best way possible through the listing and social media marketing which in turn got us the best value in return. We couldnt have asked for a better experience and intend to work with Eric again the future when necessary.
