We worked with him for weeks in advance of a trip while he got to know our family situation, busineess needs and personal preferences which were by no means simple to lay out! He selected and arranged multiple house visits and continually provided detailed and accurate market perspectives and local information without putting his thumb on the scale as far as what would be best for us. In addition to helping us find the right house, Eric was skillful in negotiating our offer and our closing. After the closing, he continued to provide helpful advice, referrals and on the ground logistical assistance.We could not be more satisfied with his work. He truly deserves 6 stars in my book !
