ZillowVERIFIED We had an outstanding experience working with Eric from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire process. He has invested the time and energy to know the area where we bought which was super helpful in identifying a place and determining the right price for it. ZillowVERIFIED Eric is great at his job. Even more important than the deep knowledge he brings for the Fauquier market, he is compassionate, reasonable, and willing to go above and beyond for his clients. It was a privilege to have his assistance and guidance from the very beginning stages of identifying what work my property needed to navigating through to a happy stress-free closing. Eric earned my highest recommendation!

ZillowVERIFIED When my wife and I decided to sell our property in Hume, Virginia, there were challenges. We wanted buyers who would continue to have an operating farm on the property, e.g., accepting ownership responsibilities for livestock. Friends in the community recommended Eric Diello to act as our agent. Eric became intimately familiar with all aspects of the property aEUR" house, barn, guest cottage, livestock operations, etc. He showed the property to a host of potential buyers using his own utility vehicle for transport around the entire property including pastures with livestock and large guard dogs. He identified ideal new owners, facilitated the transaction by introducing the potential buyers to financial institutions that met their needs, coordinating closing activities with a title company and listing and selling their property as precursors to buying our property. Eric was a relentless advocate for our sale and has remained engaged well after the sale closed introducing the new owners to members of the local community. Our transaction was challenging. Eric went above and beyond providing timely and expert assistance in every aspect of our transaction. He remains a trusted friend and colleague. We are delighted to give him our five-star recommendation.

ZillowVERIFIED Eric did an excellent job assisting us in our recent land purchase. We visited several properties, and he went out of his way to coordinate showings and stay on top of the quickly changing market. He provided sound/thoughtful guidance as we began to narrow our search, and did a great job negotiating and at the end. Throughout the process, he was always available and highly professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Eric has been a real trooper through what seemed like a never ending process to both buy and sell! He was patient, kind, graceful and offering facts and information, providing us with clear professional input to allow us to navigate an otherwise challenging process to sell our home and buy our forever home as well. We can't recommend Eric enough!

ZillowVERIFIED When buying our new home in northern Virginia, we switched from our real estate agency to Sotheby's because we wanted a more professional, capable home buying experience. That is exactly what we got with Eric Diello. He knows all of the areas in N. Virginia very well, and was completely willing to drive to all the areas that we wanted to see. Most were upwards of an hour away from him. He accommodated us very well in our particular situation, and helped us find the perfect home for us. On top of that, he was happy to pay a nearly $500 fee out of his own commission. Carrying the closing across the finish line was done very competently and smoothly. We're pleased with Sotheby's and with Eric. Would HIGHLY recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Simply put, Eric was instrumental in helping us purchase our dream vacation home. We began the search with him in 2020 and over the years our search evolved tremendously. He was incredibly patient and responsive throughout -- extremely knowledgable about the area. Ultimately, he led us to the most perfect property for our family, helped us negotiate a better price, and worked quickly allowing us a quick close. I truly felt like he went above and beyond working with us and dealing with my 24/7 communication in this competitive housing market. We loved getting to know Eric throughout this process and would work with him again in a heartbeat. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy (or sell!) in the Virginia area. You will be in great hands.

ZillowVERIFIED There are so many ways to write a recommendation for Eric; we could focus on his understanding of the real estate market and his willingness to share that patiently, his availability, his respect for his clients time and privacy, his sense of humor, his helpfulness and so many other ways of how he works with clients. All of those were exceptional, but we think the aspect that we found most important was his integrity. In all aspects of our interactions with him while selling our home, we always knew that our best interests were at the center of his considerations and advice. This is the 4th time weve sold a home . . . and while weve always had very good realtors, Eric took it to a whole new level. He has our wholehearted recommendation for anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED We could not recommend Eric enough as a real estate agent! Eric's patience (and good sense of humor!) with our millions of questions at all hours of the day was unwavering. He is very knowledgeable of the area and skilled with deploying strong strategies for negotiations in this challenging market. He generously drove all over the area as we did not have a clear idea what exactly we were shopping for. Eric demonstrated the kindest and calmest demeanor and guided us as we chose and bought the perfect house for us. He was always available to us and kept us thoroughly up-to-date each step of the way. Eric is well connected in the community and quick to offer a resource for any step of the process; any of his recommendations are well vetted by Eric and we had trust that those people would uphold the same level of integrity Eric showed us. We will certainly be reaching out to Eric with any future buying/selling projects! Thank you, Eric!

ZillowVERIFIED We went and looked at 6 houses one weekend and met 6 different realtors. Eric was the best of the agents by a country mile. We are so lucky to have met him and my wife and I both decided he was the agent for us. So incredibly helpful with all processes of the house hunt, offer/acceptance and every other process; never pushy, at all; smart; pleasant, and always goes the extra mile. One example (of many): a week AFTER we closed on the house our alarm went off. We were an hour away that weekend. He found out and said: next time just call me and I will go check it out. He had zero to gain. He is just a great agent and a fine human. Use him now, use him often. You will thank me later!

ZillowVERIFIED Eric Diello has been our 'Realtor of Choice' for the last five years as we've engaged him on multiple occasions. He was step-by-step supportive as we made preparations to sell the only home we owned for 40 years. Erics years of experience clearly showed through his familiarity with our area and his ability to identify the improvements necessary to maximize our investment return. As a result, when he listed our home we received multiple offers above Asking Price within just 5 days. Selling a home can be stressful, however Eric made himself available at all hours for any question and helped us feel at ease during the process. Unlike other Agents we have seen, Eric's creative Marketing and perfect Staging skills were impressive. He was proficient during negotiations, and continued to coach us through the process -ensuring we closed on-time. We again called him to sell an 'out of the area' Investment Property. After multiple previous attempts by local aEUR~Top Agents, Eric listed the Home and was able to obtain 6 offers in 16 days -gaining more profit than we anticipated!
