Selling my home during a difficult divorce and bad market was an incredibly stressful experience, but having Chelsy as my realtor made the process so much easier. She handled the situation with professionalism, patience, and compassion while navigating the needs of both parties fairly. Even though our home stayed on the market longer than expected, she never stopped being attentive or proactive. She was always willing to make changes, adjust our strategy, and try new things to get movement on the house. Her team promised wed sell by listing expiration and I can say they are true to their word! I truly appreciated her dedication, communication, and persistence throughout the entire process. She always had ideas and solutions to my every concern! I would absolutely recommend Chelsy to anyone looking for a realtor, especially in the AV!

Considering Leo is a nurse, a real estate agent, and a business owner - I'm starting to think hes three people in a trench coat, except none of them knows how to make an S2K go fast. He handled my real estate needs, answered my questions, and kept me calm through the process. Baymax is almost certainly his cousin. I have no evidence, but I also have no other explanation for how one man can have that many jobs and still show up ready to help. Also gives hugs the emotionally unstable clients, but does require notarized written consent (hes got a guy for that, too). Five stars for Leo. The S2K gets three.

From Day 1 Eric has been amazing. Eric took the time to understand our needs and situation, making me and my family like more than just a prospective transaction. His personalized approach and commitment to our best interests ensured we could easily sell our home very quickly. I mean the listing for our home went live on a Thursday. Did an open house over the weekend and by the following Tuesday we had an offer. We couldnt have asked for a better experience! He is very knowledgeable, resourceful and really cares about meeting our needs. Now we will embark on the process of finding our perfect home and Eric has been doing an amazing job in showing us homes. I have worked with other agents in the past and have not been very happy or satisfied but with Eric he has successfully super exceeded our expectations.
