Throughout the process she answered every question and laid out next steps so we always knew exactly what to expect. We came to Stephanie with a lender pre-approval letter and she jumped right in and connected very quickly and professionally with our bank. She also had great connections with other local lenders that we could have utilized if we needed to. When we hit roadblocks she went out of her way to fix the problem and advocated for us in all of the negotiations. We really could not have done it without Stephanie.
