These are the same values that he brings to his position as an agent with eXp Realty. While Eric's past experiences may seem far removed from the world of real estate, he learned skills through them that come in handy as an agent, like the ability to take control of high-pressure situations and to communicate effectively with a wide range of personalities, not to mention his tried-and-true leadership skills. Eric brings a happy, positive, and friendly demeanor to his work, and this could be attributed to the fact that he truly enjoys the real estate process and working with clients to help them achieve their goals. Eric's mission is to provide to his clients the same positive and rewarding homebuying or selling experience that he himself would expect and demand. Outside of real estate, Eric is very much a family man, and he devotes as much time as possible to his wife of 17 years and their two young daughters. Together, the Berke Ohana put great importance in encouraging their children daily to embrace their independence and to understand that even at an early age they can be the creators of their own futures.
