Where do I start? By far the best Realtor I have ever worked with. We started this journey a year ago, and he stuck with us and went above and beyond for us to make our dream come true. Over the past year, he kept in touch with us and truly cared about us. We looked at houses from Pollock Pines, CA, to Sonora, and he accompanied us no matter how far we went. He even toured a home for us and FaceTimed us when we couldn't visit in person to see it. His professionalism shone through above everyone else during and after the sale. We consider him a friend and family now. When we found our dream home he guided us on how to make the best offer we could afford, and we got the house. He followed the sale through escrow and made sure everything was in order. He also uses a GREAT escrow company that kept in touch with us and followed the sale of our home so they could close one day apart. He worked nonstop for us, and we can never thank him enough. We worked with Eric twice in the last year - the first time we realized we weren't quite ready to buy a house, and the second time we found our dream home.
