Keller Williams Realty EDH

Eric and his team were amazing to work with. Eric went above and beyond selling my dads home. We had to sell the house through probate and Eric provided all the needed documents to my attorney with ease. Eric was a pleasure to work with and genuinely cares about his clients. Next time I buy or sell a house Eric will be the one and only realtor I call.

We had such a great experience working with Eric! We are first time homebuyers and honestly had very little knowledge at first about how everything worked or what we needed to do. Eric was so great at explaining everything and making sure we understood what was happening every step of the way. It took us almost two years to find the right house, and we dragged him all over different counties looking at homes. He was always patient with us and never made us feel rushed. He was especially amazing during closing week! He stayed on top of everything, made sure things were getting done, and kept us updated multiple times a day. Anytime we had a question, he was always quick to answer our texts or calls. He made what could have been a really stressful process so much easier, and were so thankful for all the time and effort he put into helping us find our home. We would recommend Eric to anyone looking for a realtor!

Horrible experience. Eric did not follow up when he said he would, and most importantly he rescheduled my appointment that was scheduled for Sunday (today). When asked about why the reschedule, he mentioned i did not complete a broker's agreement ppw... which i never received. This guy was communicating with me since Tuesday and could have mentioned many many times. Yet to text me we are rescheduling, instead of oh hey by the way, i need you to complete this document before we meet at the property seems about right? no? Nine years of experience?? hmm.. no comment. Have a blessed day.

We couldnt have asked for a better realtor. Selling a home and buying a new one can be stressful, but Eric made the whole process so much easier. He was always there to answer questions, calm our nerves, and guide us every step of the way. What stood out most was how much Eric genuinely cared. We never felt like just another client. He listened to what we wanted, worked hard for us, and always had our best interests at heart. Thanks to his dedication and support, we were able to close one chapter and start a new one in our new home in just 31 days. We are so grateful and would highly recommend Eric to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

We had an excellent experience working with Realtor Eric Berke. My wife and I are from Florida and were visiting family in El Dorado County when we decided to look for a 55+ community closer to them. After seeing a few options on Zillow, we contacted Eric, who quickly arranged four showings in one afternoon on very short notice. We found a home that was perfect for us, and Eric skillfully guided us through the entire process of buying real estate in California. He connected us with an excellent mortgage originator and coordinated the purchase through remote signings and a mobile notary after we returned to Florida. Eric is a true professional with exceptional real estate expertise, market knowledge, patience, and thoughtfulness. We were extremely pleased with his services and only wish we had worked with a realtor as capable as Eric on our previous transactions. We had an excellent experience working with Realtor Eric Berke.
