ZillowVERIFIED I have bought and sold several homes within the last few years and have to say Eren is truly one of the best realtors I have ever dealt with. We started our internet search for homes and located some in the Lewis County area and requested Eren show us several on a few different occasions. I was impressed with his knowledge of the local area, the information he brought with him to every showing and his ability to meet us whenever we requested a showing. If we had follow up questions he would get back to us promptly. When we finally put in an offer on our home, he negotiated for us to move in early and have the owner take care of all the things the inspector said that should be fixed. He was in contact with the loan officer at the bank during the closing process and was able to keep us informed every step of the way. The home buying process can be stressful at times but Eren made it seamless and actually enjoyable. We are very excited to be in our new home and would highly recommend him to all my friends and family in the market to sell or purchase a home or land.

ZillowVERIFIED We actually met Eren as our new neighbor at the time. We felt immediately at ease talking with him and finding out that he was in real estate. We let him know that we were slowly taking our time to check out possible real estate deals that would fit our needs. Eren asked if he could email us and that would give us an avenue for him to help us if needed. We agreed that would be great and for the next almost year we got together several times to look at properties that might suit us. Eren never gave up sending us property deals that came close to what we wanted. He would even gladly show us properties that we would find on the net or otherwise. We finally found a really nice foreclosure and asked Eren to show it to us. We fell in love with the place and through Erens guidance we put in an offer, and then a counter offer which went through. Eren then pleasantly took us through the whole sale process as we acquired the house. Eren has a great knowledge of the area, and is very good at explaining the real estate sales process, and is just an all around friendly, professional, great guy! He met me at a property I thought was perfect for me (it wasnt), and casually asked a few questions about what I needed & wanted. A couple days later he sent me a link with the message, This house fits ALL your criteria, and he was absolutely right! He pulled some strings to expedite my offer, and we closed within 3 weeks.
