I am Eren Millam Realtor. I decided to change the real estate game forever by introducing extraordinary customer service to buyers and sellers alike. By implementing professional targeted marketing, local area knowledge, and negotiation expertise my clients have enjoyed extraordinary results that are unmatched. As a full service agent specializing in Lewis County, my first brokerage was located in Chehalis, WA. After six years in a great office, I decided to make a change to a larger brokerage that would allow me to serve my clients at a level that aligned with my EXTRAORDINARY expectations and provide greater visibility for my listings on a regional/national/international level. When I'm not setting price/sales time records, I can usually be found at home spending time with my wife, three kids, and a dog named Frodo. In my downtime, I enjoy playing cards & board games, as well as looking for ways to improve as a person, as a father & husband, and my extraordinary service to clients.

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Look for an agent who's willing to go the extra mile for you. Many buyers complain that they are the ones who send the homes to their agent they want to look at. Well, my question for you is, why are you still working with that agent? Look for an agent that is patient and will take their time with you to explain each step of the process. Don't settle for anything less than extraordinary!
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
I am extremely analytical, so I know the market. Many agents "feel" the market based on their own activity but can't actually tell you what's going on. Look for agents who can not only tell you where to price your home, how to get top dollar for your situation, but also can tell you how long it should take. Look for agents who will aggressively market your home to as many buyers as possible, not just the ones who present a salesy persona.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
There aren't too many niches to specialize in in Lewis County so you have to be a jack of all trades. I have done everything from land deals under 50k to luxury estates just under 1M and everything in between, including commercial. Everyone's motivations for buying/selling are unique and I pride myself in serving each individual how they want to be served rather than one size fits all approach.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
One of my favorite transactions was in December of 2019. I got a call from a desperate client as their home was heading to auction in January. Other agents brushed them off as hopeless, so they were down to the wire! I made a call to one of my investors who was able to close their home about 3 weeks later. Helping people is what it's all about and I think some agents have forgotten that, sadly.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I quit my comfortable state job in 2013 because I was drawn to real estate ever since buying my home in 2010. The cubicle life was not for me! Now, I get to explore our beautiful area, meet new friends, and deliver extraordinary customer service in a field dominated by sales.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Other than my real estate designations, customer service & management experience, I pride my self in my marketing knowledge. Many agents will take photos with the cell phone, slap your house on the mls, and then set it & forget it. With me, you're going to get a robust marketing package from beginning to end. I call this, set it & go get it!
